We're here to further the conversation.

TooDamnSoon is a movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression and suicide. We exist to encourage, inform and inspire.

A Little Of Our Story

We were simply born to spread positivity.

After losing my own little brother to suicide and seeing close friends struggle with the same intense loss, I couldn't help but be called to spark the conversation on mental health and suicide awareness.

There Are Resources For Help Should You Need It

We're not trained professionals, let's point you to those who are.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

1.800.273.TALK (273-8255)

Pain isn’t always obvious.

If you know someone who might be affected, let’s talk about prevention steps.

Know The Signs

Pain isn’t always obvious, but most suicidal people show some signs that they are thinking about suicide. If you see even one warning sign, step in or speak up. Take the time to learn what to do now, so you’re ready to be there for a friend or loved one when it matters most.

Find The Words

“Are you thinking of ending your life?” Few phrases are as difficult to say to a loved one. But, when it comes to suicide prevention, none are more important. Start the conversation, listen and express concern. Reassure them and then create a safety plan.

Reach Out

You are not alone in helping someone in crisis. There are many resources available to assess, treat and intervene. Crisis lines, counselors, intervention programs and more are available to you, as well as to the person experiencing the emotional crisis.
